- During each individual riveting process, the parameters are recorded and compared with the set reference measurements.
- Non-conformity of the comparison between set and measured parameters causes the defect to be flagged and subsequently rejected at the unloading station.
- Stored data are available for subsequent external analysis and statistical evaluation via backup on the USB or Ethernet network.
PROGRAMMING
Simplicity and flexibility
Programming is extremely simple and requires no special training for its use.
The data required for storing a single rivet can be summed up as follows:
- X-Y-Z axis position referenced to a fixed origin on the pallet.
- Peen objectification parameters with tolerances.
- Force parameters - time and final position of riveting peen with tolerances.
Flexibility in this type of programming consists mainly of being able to create as many riveting operations in your program as you wish, each with its own execution parameters.
